Technological process
The technological process of making lotions consists of the following steps: 
Preparation of raw materials. Lotion preparation: 
introduction of alcohol-soluble substances; 
introduction of water-soluble substances; 
preparation of alcohol-water solution; 
introduction of biologically active additives; 
precipitation; 
filtering. 
Packing, packaging, marking of the finished product.
The typical production process in water can be as follows:
Step 1: Add the flakes / powder ingredients to the oil used to prepare the oil phase. 
Step 2: Distribute the active ingredients. 
Step 3: Prepare the water phase consisting of emulsifiers and stabilizers. Step 4: Mix oil and water to form an emulsion. (Note: This is helped by heating to 110-185 F (45-85 C) depending on the desired composition and viscosity.) Step 5: Continue mixing until the final product is “finished”
